IRONCLAD 1:1 COACHING

It's still in there.

At some point, you stopped being the person who trains and became the person who used to train. And you can't even point to the week it happened.

I'm a Doctor of Physical Therapy, and I'm the only coach you'll deal with here.

THE PROBLEM

The Drift

You used to be locked in. Then the calendar filled, sleep got short, stress stayed high, and the progress that used to come easy stopped coming.

It didn't happen in a week, and it didn't happen because you got lazy. It happened because your life got heavy: more responsibility, less sleep, less room to recover. Training didn't stop working. Your body just started spending its energy before the work even started.

THE CAPACITY BUILD

Your body runs on a budget

A fixed amount of energy every week, spent in a strict order. Staying alive gets paid first. Stress gets paid second, whether you like it or not. And whatever's left goes to rebuilding: muscle, recovery, repair, the stuff that makes you feel like yourself.

School, the big job, marriage, kids, short sleep, parents who need you now: every one of those is a bill your energy budget pays before rebuilding ever sees a dollar. Your body didn't quit on you. It got outspent.

Your ability to train is still there. Your capacity to recover from training and rebuild is what ran down. The Capacity Build restores it, then grows it.

And stop trying to fix a capacity problem with effort. More effort on a low budget just digs the hole deeper, and you end up more exhausted than when you started. Eat enough. Sleep enough. Walk enough. And train at a level your body can absorb today.

THE PATH

How the build runs

Foundation Build

Sleep, protein, walking, and training doses your body can absorb today. Most programs start spending from an empty account. We fund it first.

Capacity Build

Training, nutrition, and recovery on a repeatable weekly rhythm. Fat comes off. Strength comes back. Energy shows up at 3pm, and it's still there at 7, when your kids want the version of you that actually plays.

Performance Build

Chase whatever "I'm back" looks like for you. A 5k. A HYROX race. Finally squatting 315.

RECOVERY WEEK

The week the work compounds

On schedule, your calories go up on purpose while training holds. The scale may climb two to five pounds that week: glycogen and water, and it drops back within about seven days. This week is where the work compounds. Your body banks the training you have been doing, and the next block starts from higher ground.

THE SYSTEM

What coaching looks like here

Your program is built around your schedule, your equipment, and where your body is right now, and it lives in the app. Every session is laid out before you start. You log the work as you go, and your week shapes what comes next.

The Weekly Check-In

Each week you send a short check-in in the app: how training went, how meals went, sleep, energy, anything that hurts. That check-in is where my coaching decisions come from. It takes a few minutes, and it is the most useful few minutes of your week here.

A Full Nutrition System

Hand portions are the system I teach you: palms of protein, cupped hands of carbs, thumbs of fats, fists of vegetables. Calories, protein, and full macro views are there when you want the numbers. Logging stays short: photo the plate, speak the meal, or scan a barcode.

Built Around Your Equipment

Your program fits what you have: a full home setup, a commercial gym, or a hotel room on the road.

Sessions That Adapt

Short week, the session compresses and you keep the day. Travel, a sick kid, a work crunch: the plan bends so the streak survives.

Quick Access to Your Coach

Send a text or voice message when a question comes up. I reply to messages and check-ins myself. And when your numbers say we should talk, I call you. If you want a call, ask - you get one.

Recovery as a Full Pillar

Sleep and stress get coached the same way training and nutrition do, because they decide how much work your body can take this week.

YOUR COACH

Dr. Tajon Dunn, PT, DPT, CSCS

Most online coaching is learned on 22-year-olds with empty calendars. Mine is learned on real bodies under real load: the desk job, the stress, the old shoulder thing from college, the four hours of sleep because a kid was up sick. Ten-year Air Force veteran. Husband. Dad. And I live what you're balancing right now.
