PROGRAM WALKTHROUGH

The strength
didn't leave.
The structure did.

At some point, you stopped being the person who trains and became the person who used to train. The video explains what ran down, and how The Capacity Build rebuilds it.

THE CLINICIAN

Coaching from a Doctor of Physical Therapy.

I'm Dr. Tajon Dunn, a Doctor of Physical Therapy and a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. I spent my clinical career treating what happens when busy people either stop training or train the wrong way for the life they have.

Most online coaching is learned on people in their twenties with empty calendars and endless recovery. I learned mine on real bodies under load: the desk job, the stress, the old shoulder thing from college, the four hours of sleep because a kid was up sick.

And I've lived it too: a 10-year Air Force veteran, a husband, and a dad, balancing the same things you're balancing right now.

ACT I · THE DRIFT

It didn't happen all at once.

Your body runs on a budget. A fixed amount of energy every week, spent in a strict order.

Staying alive gets paid first. Stress gets paid second: work pressure, poor sleep, deadlines, life load.

Whatever is left goes to rebuilding. Muscle, recovery, repair. The stuff that makes you feel like yourself.

Then the career got bigger, the stress bill climbed year after year, and every dollar it took came straight out of the rebuild budget.

Your body didn't quit on you. It got outspent. That slide has a name: The Drift. It is a structure problem, never a discipline problem.

Low energy by mid-afternoon. Recovery that takes days instead of hours. A checkup number starting to creep the wrong direction.

What you've already tried

  • The calorie app. It counted everything until you deleted it.
  • The 90-minute program. Written for time you've never had.
  • The bootcamp. Left you too smoked to think straight at work.
  • The coach who sent a PDF. And disappeared.

None of those failed because of you. They were built backwards: they asked how hard you can go, when the question that matters is how much your body can absorb right now. Build the plan around the constraints you live with, and the same effort that used to break you starts building you again.

Your ability to train is still there.

Your capacity to recover from training and rebuild is what ran down. The Capacity Build rebuilds it, in a specific order.

ACT II · THE CAPACITY BUILD

Rebuilt in three milestones.

  1. 01

    Foundation Build

Sleep, walking, protein, and training doses your body can absorb today, based on where your recovery stands, measured at intake. Six weeks minimum, and it gates on your readiness, never on a calendar. Most programs start spending from an empty account. This funds the account first.

  2. 02

    Capacity Build

The core of the program and where most of the results happen. Training, nutrition, and recovery run on a repeatable weekly rhythm, and the body starts absorbing work again. Fat comes off. Strength comes back. Energy shows up at 3pm, and it's still there at 7, when your kids want the version of you that actually plays.

  3. 03

    Performance Build

With capacity rebuilt, you go chase a goal: a 5k, a HYROX race, a lift you've been wanting for years. Hit it, then pick the next one or settle back into Capacity as your home base. Neither direction is a step backwards. This is how you train for the rest of your life.

RECOVERY WEEK, TAUGHT UP FRONT

On schedule, your calories go up while your training holds, and your body uses the fuel to repair and rebuild. The scale climbs a few pounds and settles back within the week. You'll know it's coming, you'll know why, and you'll know it's the most important week of the cycle. It's how progress compounds instead of stalling.

ACT III · THE COACHING

One app. Dr. Tajon on the other end of it.

Dr. Tajon reads every check-in and adjusts the plan to your week. Every week. That loop is the product, and it's the reason a bad week never becomes a lost month.

DIRECT ACCESS

Unlimited messaging, voice notes included. A monthly call. Video review of your lifts from a Doctor of Physical Therapy. Training, nutrition, supplements, and aches handled in one thread, work that would otherwise take a trainer, a nutrition coach, and a physical therapist.

BUILT AROUND YOUR WEEK

Built from your schedule, equipment, and history. Short on time? Compress the session in one tap and keep the minimum effective dose. Hotel gym? Toggle your equipment and the session rebuilds on the spot.

NUTRITION BY HAND

Palms of protein, cupped hands of carbs, thumbs of fats, fists of vegetables. It works at your kitchen counter, at a restaurant, at your mom's house. Full calories and macros are one tap away if you love your numbers.

NOTHING SLIPS THROUGH

You drifted once because nobody was watching. Here, a missed weigh-in gets noticed, and a quiet week gets a message from Dr. Tajon that same week. Drift gets caught in days, while it's still cheap to fix.

The app also learns your metabolism from your own data, instead of guessing from a calculator that misses by hundreds of calories. When it's time to adjust your targets, Dr. Tajon makes that call and talks you through it.

OBJECTIONS, ANSWERED

The questions you're already asking

How much time does this take?

Your intake defines the days and session length you can sustain. Dr. Tajon builds the program around that capacity, then adjusts it when your calendar changes.

I've failed programs before. Why is this different?

The plan does not depend on a perfect streak. You log what happened, the week gets reviewed, and the next adjustment gets made. The structure stays in place when motivation changes.

Why the app instead of spreadsheets?

The app keeps your sessions, nutrition, recovery data, progress, and your messages with Dr. Tajon in one place. You spend less time assembling the record and more time using it.

What are the cancellation terms?

Ironclad 1:1 is month to month. You can cancel anytime. Plan on four months, and here's the honest reason: the first six weeks or so build your Foundation, most results live in the Capacity Build, and by around the three-month mark your body has rebuilt enough to chase named performance goals. Four months is the honest window to feel the change and trust it.

Who is this not for?

Anyone looking for a passive plan or a quick fix. You complete sessions, log the work, send check-ins, and communicate directly with Dr. Tajon.

What happens after checkout?

Onboarding starts. You complete your intake, Dr. Tajon builds your program from it, and the sessions, tracking, weekly review, and direct messaging begin.

I'm on a GLP-1, or considering one. Does this still work for me?

Yes, and this is exactly the situation where structure matters most. Rapid weight loss without strength training tends to take a meaningful share of the loss from muscle, which leaves you lighter and weaker, with a slower metabolism. The protection is well established: train two to three times a week and keep protein high while the medication does its work. That is the core of what I build for you, and I adjust it from your data every week. You finish lighter and stronger, and you keep it.

THE DECISION

Do the work. Keep the decision clear.

THE 30-DAY GUARANTEE

Action-based: log at least 80 percent of your workouts and check-ins in your first 30 days, and if you decide it's worth a refund, email and you get one. The system tracks the actions, so you do the work, both sides can see the work, and the work produces the result.

Checkout is self-serve, and onboarding starts the moment you do. Zero sales calls.

$397/month

A Doctor of Physical Therapy building your program, watching your data every week, and answering you directly. Month to month, cancel anytime. Sessions with a DPT run $150 or more per hour in a clinic, and that person still wouldn't be watching your week.

You already know what staying on the current path looks like. The other choice is to rebuild the capacity you lost and feel like yourself again, with Dr. Tajon in your corner every week.
